Last July my husband and I packed up our family of 3 and moved to our next duty station. An almost 1,200 mile drive from central Texas to South Carolina that took us 2 days to complete. We then had to find a house when we arrived which took us 12 days. 12 days of living out of a hotel with a small child and had to eat out for every single meal of the day. I attributed my 10 lb. weight gain to that and other things that had suddenly changed in my life so I started going to the gym about 4 days a week. I took spin classes and kettle bell classes but my weight would not budge. After a lot of thought, I finally took the plunge and ordered Shakeology.
