Last Night i had a great conversation with visiting American Gen.Grisgsby as part of rebuilding momentum in NRM cadres toward independence. Our discussion built on history of political ideologies world over. The Gen was impressed by my observation that all political ideologies have a more historical origin in ethos-theology. The Gen who was like we can do away with theological manipulation of political democracy had a change of perception when i pointed out to him that his famed ideology of western Capitalist democracy with British representative democracy has a basis in Christian teachings of Lutheran inspiration. When i further pointed out how socialist has more roots in Islams and how current democratic ideologies like participatory democracy and Museveni/ Fantaz Farnom are built in Abdul Baha A book.
