Last Saturday I Djed at a pretty slick club in Calgary, and I forgot my wallet in the DJ booth. My GF had just mentioned earlier that night about leaving her money out of her purse, and I looked at the $700 in my wallet, and thought to myself................I never lose my wallet. That night I did. When I realized what I had done, I had my buddy drive me back, and even though there were tons of people in and out of the DJ booth after me, my wallet was still there with all the money still in it. There was one guy left who let me in, and if it wasnt for him, I would have been stressing hard all night. I gave him $20 which he tried to take back, but I wouldnt let him. The next night we went to Edmonton, and we went to a pub. Inside the pub a waitress comes up to me, and asks if there is a Terrence sitting at our table. I said my middle name in Terrence, and she then hands me my wallet. My mouth dropped open, as I looked inside, and the $650 was still in there. It was ice cold, as I guess I had dropped it outside, and someone actually brought it in, in order to return it to me. I tried to find out who they were to reward them, but they were gone, so I gave the bouncer $10 instead for giving it to the waitress who we tipped 35%. I guess the moral of this story is that I still have never fully lost my wallet....................oh yeah....................and that karma is awesome!
