Last Saturday we visited the Velokhaya Club to hand over a pile of kit and bike spares, kindly donated by the Table Mountain Bikers community. It was inspiring to see what Velokhaya has achieved over the past 8 years and the sense of pride, discipline and belonging it has instilled in its members. We would like to support Velokhaya on an ongoing basis in whatever way seems reasonable and sustainable. Sometimes its the small gestures that can make a difference too. Right now we are looking for bike magazines which the kids love to read. If you have any, please consider giving them to Velokhaya before dumping them in the trash. If you would like to take out a subscription on behalf of Velokhaya, please let us know so that we can give you the postal address.
