Dayton Thunderbirds 10U offense too much for Brick City Blast in 21-0 rout Dayton Thunderbirds 10U refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against Brick City Blast, recording a 21-0 victory on Friday at UD Softball Field. The game was decided quickly as Dayton Thunderbirds 10U exerted its will early with 14 runs in the first three innings. A groundout by Drew Mamer and an RBI double by Braden Berner during the first inning and an RBI single by Jake Woolf and an RBI double by Jon Bruder in the second inning supplied the early offense for Dayton Thunderbirds 10U. Jon had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. Tyler Dysinger got the win for Dayton Thunderbirds 10U. He pitched two shutout innings. Tyler struck out one, walked none and gave up two hits. Dayton Thunderbirds 10U easily handled Brick City Blast pitching as seven hitters combined for 14 hits, 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored. Dayton Thunderbirds 10U closer Evan Parker put away the final three outs to record the save.
