Last lil bit of Christmas fluff, then Ill shut up about it, I promise. I made NoBake cake for my co-workers (yes, just for my co-workers, none for myself... sure) again this year. NoBake cake (also known as icebox cake) is a midwestern treat usually around XMas, using Nabisco Chocolate Wafers, heavy whipping cream (whisked by-hand, because Im an OG MoFo), and a fridge. The hard wafers absorb the cream in the fridge overnight and become soft chocolate cake by morning. I used some flavorings, dyes, and toppings to spice them up. This year, I made Lemon Coconut, Vanilla M&M, Mint Chip (which is the best again this year, it tastes like a big Girl Scout thin mint), and Mochi Orange (the newest one). Nom nom nom.
