Last night (1st December 2014) Officer Commanding 10F Flt Lt Thomas, Cadets and Staff said Goodbye to our old Squadron building at Luton Airport. The formal process of taking the Banner down was undertaken at final parade, and it was carefully wrapped and will not be displayed again until the official opening of our new building. The old building had been a Cadet building since 1973 serving a number of Squadrons over the years. 10Fs Flight Sergeant said that the building had been his home from home for the past five years. But we are sure that all the Cadets will really enjoy there new building and the opportunities it brings with it. Watch this space for pictures of the new building !!! Also, we would like to thank the Civilian Committee who have purchased a new mini bus for the Squadron. This means we now have two mini buses and are able to transport around 30 cadets to the various and new activities over the coming months. Christmas has really come early for 10F !!
