Last night I attended another Zoso show in Akron Ohio. It is a Zeppelin tribute that is endorsed by the remaining members of Led Zeppelin. This tribute band lives and breathes Led Zeppelin...with lots of energy! I almost got to see Led Zeppelin....but Bonham dies a couple days after sending my money in for the tickets and of course the tour was cancelled. Anyway..... I have to share this......Shortly after arriving at Lock 3 last night and Zoso had already started playing, I nodded at a young man that was looking at me kind of funny from about 20 feet away. He then walks over to me and starts a conversation. He asks me if I was a Bouncer?? I wasnt sure if he really meant Bouncer or if Bouncer meant something else. He was a little intoxicated and he was drinking a beer. Anyway....I told him No....I wasnt a Bouncer. Then he asked me if I was a Zoso or Led Zepplin fan. I told him both....but I have been a Zeppelin fan for over 40 years. He was a UA student and told me that after a tough day of classes, he always loved to turn on some Zeppelin and it always made his day better. Hell...I thought Ive been doing that for over 40 years. Its really cool that the young people of today still appreciate the great music of Zeppelin. There were a lot of young people at the show :)
