Last night I came home from work listened to msgs n the phone. Later Mom came home and I was replaying them for her. When you replay it goes back to the very first one, which was dated last Saturday. It said, Hey this is Eddie call me back, love ya. Needless to say it was a punch to the stomach. Then we must have replayed it 4 times and I realized that was my goodbye. I have been having such a hard time with this because I didnt get to say goodbye I love you, had to miss the burial because it was the next day (his choice). Thank you Lord for giving me that message to listen to. He wasnt even calling me, but it didnt matter, just to hear his voice one more time was enough.
