Last night I hosted an awesome group of Hong Kong Couchsurfers .... see clip of them singing in the video TEDsters are into sharing ideas Couchsurfers are into sharing their homes,... Still aiming to get this TEDsurfing thing on the road.. facebook/groups/TEDSurfing Is there a better way of meeting each other when we travel ? and being part of a global community that likes to meet people who like TED and TEDx? CouchSurfing was mentioned in a TED talks here ted/talks/jonathan_zittrain_the_web_is_a_random_act_of_kindness.html and here in 2012, in Rachel Botsman gave this talk, also mentioning CouchSurfing ted/talks/rachel_botsman_the_case_for_collaborative_consumption.html talk about collaborative consumption and by Amanda Palmer in 2013 here ted/talks/amanda_palmer_the_art_of_asking Please promote this group and idea in your local TEDx Community, use this group to network, and try setting up a meetup.
