Last night I received an email from a missionary friend in Mozambique about the flooding there. In this email their was a photo of some ladies who had their homes destroyed and now are living in the church. In this photo was a very special Mumma who I stayed with when I was there. I slept in her house she cared for me like her own daughter, she would take me to the markets and taught me how to cook! I spent ages playing with her FOUR children and helped them with their English homework. Its crazy how I can live such an easy comfortable life when theirs people who have lost everything they had. Even though my heart is breaking for everybody who have been affected by the floods, I am so thankful they have Jesus and I think about the time I spent with her and how she showed me the beautiful love of Jesus! He will sustain, he will give them joy, and he has them in the palm of his hand!! So please keep praying for Pemba with me and declaring that Jesus name will be glorified through this all!!
