Last night I received mail from Federal Court giving an ORDER stating that my cause of action against the two judges and the ADA were dismissed but I had the right to amend my complaint against the Court officers who assualted me . What I learned last night is that I failed to shepardize the following case Pulliam v. Allen - 466 U.S. 522 (1984). If I did, I would have discovered the following that FCIA amended Title 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to extend the reach of judicial immunity to injunctive relief as well as to damages, and to preclude costs and attorneys fees in suits against the judiciary. Now if one analyzes the POLICE of judges, NYS Commission for Judicial Conduct and you read their annual report on their own site it states: “that the number of complaints received annually by the Commission in the past 10 years has substantially increased compared to the first two decades of the Commission’s existence. “ I think it is safe to assume that since FCIA was passed in 1996 its definitely one of the main reasons for the increase in the amount of complaints. If you are looking for a reason why courts are corrupt you can blame it on FCIA!!!!!
