Last night I watched an independent film called Citizenfour. I highly recommend watching this film to everyone alive right now. Seriously go see this film. I think many of us have put to the wayside the fact that the NSA is violating our constitutional rights by tapping into literally EVERY AMERICANS phones, emails, searches on the internet in real time. Its not just Americans either, its billions of people everywhere on Earth. Its not just when they think you are doing something wrong, its at all times. This means you, your entire family, little old ladies, everyone. This film follows Edward Snowden as he unveils the inner workings of the NSA. They have drones spying on over 1.5 million American residences alone on a continuous basis. Educate your self. If you dont think it affects you because you dont violate laws you are very wrong. This affects our ability to communicate with each other globally about organizing to affect change in the world. They are quickly disabling our ability to fight for a better system.
