Last night I watched both versions of THE ITALIAN JOB, first the 1969 version with Michael Caine and then the 2003 version. So in the 1969 version the acting was terrible and the one liners just cute, but the visually it was far superior than than the 2003 version. Yes the modern version was slick and high tech but that original car chase is just spectacular and incredibly choreographed. And then the ending in the 69 version is just fantastic!
