Last night, RICHIE SAMBORA headlined HUXLEYS in BERLIN, GERMANY. Here is the final set list: A SONG FOR YOU (Leon Russell cover) BURN THAT CANDLE DOWN NOWADAYS LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME STRANGER IN THIS TOWN ROSIE (Part of the song with crowd sing-a-long) EVERY ROAD LEADS HOME TO YOU SUGAR ** YOU DONT KNOW (Orianthi song) STORYBOOK LOVE (Willy DeVille/Mark Knopfler cover) ILL BE THERE FOR YOU SEVEN YEARS GONE LEARNING HOW TO FLY WITH A BROKEN WING THESE DAYS Encores: LEAN ON ME (featuring the five finalists for the Opening Act Contest in Berlin - Richie couldnt decide a winner so all the finalists got to perform one song to open and then all joined him on stage together for this encore) LIVIN ON A PRAYER TAKIN A CHANCE ON THE WIND THE ANSWER (along with just an acoustic guitar & fan chorus) BAD COMPANY as an intro to WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE **The Gibson Epiphone guitar that Richie played during SUGAR DADDY was used this one show only. After the show, RICHIE autographed the guitar and it will go up on display at the HARD ROCK CAFE BERLIN (where Richie did a 3 hour signing session the night prior to the concert.) Details are forthcoming however plan is to have the guitar on display at the Hard Rock Cafe Berlin until it is auctioned off for a local charity “Ein Herz für Kinder” that helps disadvantaged children. Once the guitar is auctioned off, Richie will provide another guitar for display. CONGRATUATIONS to all the OPENING ACT FINALISTS: DARIA, JANE MIKE, LUBO, SASCHA and TILL. Great show!
