Last night at 10:30pm I experience an appalling situation that I have never encounter before. I was strategically and Racially profiled by the L.A.P.D Hollywood Division. As I was picking up my sister on Selma & Las Palmas in Hollywood I was already pulled off the side no longer driving, and in no way blocking the streets When with out warning, hint or preview two motorcycle peace officers, drove up behind me and with no legitimate motive or solid reason I was asked to get out of my vehicle. After several questions. I was booked and place under arrest no Miranda rights where told to me. No explanation to as why ? I was held for 15 hrs!!!. under a false and wrongful arrest. Only to be told by the Judge there is no case here, Why ?where you booked all this time is beyond me case dismissed. We as a society empower these individuals to protect and serve the public and trust that they honored the code of the uniform and what it represents, instead They grant them selfs to believe that they can operate above the law it is an Unexpectable situation when in fact these laws, country and everything ever created was done by people no less smarter then you or I. I have consulted legal counsel. I will be executing a Class A Action Lawsuit against The L.A.P.D The Aneles Police Department Hollywood Division. We have to stand up for whats right, Let our voice no matter the color of skin be felt and heard.
