Last night at our dinner I got to sit with Nathan Moore, who has been my friend since we were 7 years old in Quito, Ecuador. I got to meet an astronaut who spent an entire year living in the International Space Station. I got to meet Evelyn Husband, whose husband Rick was the commander of Space Shuttle Columbia, that exploded on re-entry 10 years ago. And I sat with Denton Florian, who just won an Emmy for his documentary film on San Houston. But the most remarkable part of the evening was that I asked the chef to serve me a plate if steamed veggies instead if steak and potatoes. Im hungry.
