Last night for no known reason, I was strolling through the pet ads on Craigslist. I came upon an ad for 2 free dogs...As I clicked on the ad my heart sank.....One of the dogs is a dog I adopted out 5 years ago. She is now 11 yrs. Old and on Craigslist for free. I immediately contacted the person and I will be going to get her today. Apparently she was given to these people a year ago from the original adopter. I am so upset as we have a clause in our contract that the dogs come back to us if unable to keep, no fee, no questions asked. I am so upset for this sweet dog, she will be coming home to us and stay here for the rest of her days. I thank God for guiding me to her and able to get her back safely. I will post picks later today. Please people honor your adoption contracts....she and so many dogs that are listed free can so easily end up in the wrong hands of evil people and dog fighters.
