Last night has knocked 10 years off my life. To summarise briefly Joe Carver was beaten but hes ok and says hell be straight back in gym. Then John Dixon bout was moved forward and we never knew so he was rushed to the ring, after a crazy start boxed well behind his jab and took a well earned decision. Adam was then called from ringside in what he thought was an emergency call, he sprinted from the ringside faster than Usain Bolt the fastest Ive seen him move for years, I then had a DING-DONG with an abusive punter sat on his FAT @r$e commenting on the boxing in a degrading manner. Darren then represented club fantastically well too and after a steady start rallied and came on strong and dropped a close decision. The lads had fantastic support with over 50 people travelling up, thanks to BBC frank warren Craig for helping sort tickets. The journey home was when the fun began when Johns truck broke down in the middle of A68 at midnight, pitch black! We got towed to Brancepeth where the rope snapped! Michelle probably thinking Id went on bender! Amongst all this Paddy sorted all clubs CRBs.Home and in bed by 2AM and up for work at 6AM!
