Last night marked the beginning of gig season for me. I went to see BSC & Airborne. It was a fantastic gig, lots of fun and dancing. All with the exception of a family of phone wankers stood in front of us. After they stood there filming 4 consecutive songs I asked them to stop recording cause they were blocking my view at which point they called me a prick. Later they started again so I asked them to stop again at which point I was told to go away and threatened with security. I asked security afterwards what they would of done and they said theyd probably laugh at them. But thats not the point. If youre one of those people who spends the entire gig filming Id like to remind you to consider the fact that you are blocking the view of the people behind you. People who have paid the same amount of money and who are there to see the band live, not watch it via your ridiculously bright, 3inch camera screen. Dont be that person. Dont be a phone wanker. Nobody likes a phone wanker.
