Last night was amazing. I want to thank the Rotarians of Los Altos for giving me this opportunity. I gave out my first set of scholarships. 3 scholarships at $300 were awarded. Beth (Marine) has been actively involved with the American Legion and the Fleet Reserve Association volunteering countless hours to raise money for veterans. Brooklyn (Army)has a passion for helping people with legal matters. As a lawyer he wants to actively fight for victims rights. Jimmy (Marine) has shown a dedication and desire to serve others. He is hoping to serve again with the Alameda County Sheriffs department. This is my way of showing appreciation for your selfless acts. May this scholarship lift your spirits. I believe in you.
