Last night was my first night as host at Zins front door. I have worked in the hospitality industry my whole life and was totally blown away by our incredible crew! Thank you, dearest Zin staff! You killed it! Thank you Kristan Arreguin, my hosting partner, bartender Allison, servers Carl, Leah and Karen, busser Doug Campbell, Sous chef Charles, cooks Patricia, Javier & Omar, and the queens of the kitchen, dishwashers Adela and Adelia. (And our other amazing women, Norma, Itta, and Chelsea) Lastly, a special set of shout-outs to my Honey, Jeff Mall, and our fabulous business partner, Scott Silva.
