Last night was our annual budget meeting at Walterdale Theatre. In this years budget, our tech team has proposed a continuation of our switch to LED lighting. We were approved for the purchase of enough LED ellipsoidal fixtures to replace our entire house hang front wash. We are planning to take delivery of this equipment in late October and have it fully operational for our December show. In addition, we have approved the installation of T-Coil hearing assist system for our auditorium as well as our box office. People with hearing loss that have T-Coil compatible hearing aids will be able to switch to the T-Coil mode and hear our stage activity direct in their hearing aid. We plan to have 2 headsets for those without compatible hearing aids. We are working with a hearing assistance consultant to get the best possible setup and are hoping to have this system fully installed and running for our December show.
