Last night was the deepest pit of hell I have EVER seen. Had not slept for 3 nights due to an endless sinus pressure headache. Was dizzy, in full body pain, couldnt breathe properly and was getting mental dissociation. Was in emergency from 8pm til 1am to be told my lungs and bloodwork are clean and healthy but I could double my medication intake to help symptoms. Forced myself to eat and drink 3 glasses of water, took a shot of NyQuil, an extra strength Tylenol and 2 extra strength Advil. Soaked in a burning hot bath for an hour and then crashed until mid day today, where I woke up in a swamp of sweat, but have turned the corner. I will live to fight again!
