Last night we cancelled our Cox cable and were told return the DVR box at your convenience. Today, they rolled up here like COPS banging on the door, woke my sleeping baby with a fever, and set my dogs off. When the rep told me he was here to collect our DVR box I said, in full momma bear mode, some notice would have been nice considering we were told to return it ourselves and we literally cancelled the service less than 24hrs prior. He said its a service we provide, if we can track our customer down. Listen, *&$!?, I didnt default on a loan you dont need to track me down like some collections agency. Cox... not only are you lucky the only thing I gave your service member was attitude but we will be finding a new internet provider as well. Good day sir, I said GOOD DAY.
