Last night we had our annual Employee Appreciation dinner at a local restaurant. We had a fair turnout with about 50 people attending. I will be posting names and award winners throughout the coming days. We have so many good, qualified and caring caregivers, that trying to put them all in one posting would be unfair. We will start with our multi year employees. Six employees have been with Home Helpers - Yorktown for 3 years. They are Thelma Bryant, Andrew Terry, Doris Ricks, Gordon Joyner, Krystal Gilbert and Rochelle Williams. Our 4 year employees are Crystal Alston, Autumn Snead, Karen Scott, Suzanne Segal and Karen Rather. With us for five years is Jerele Carter. Elizabeth Smith, Kelly Baskett, Gena Williams, Wanda Sanders and Eric Murray are six year employees. At the seven year mark are Angel Barr, Ellie Barron, and Cathy Colbert. And for those that have been with us from the start are Lisa Bowser, Polly Fulwider and Brenda Grose. Each of these employees received a service pen noting their length of service. What a blessing to have so many dedicated workers with such a commitment to caring for others. Thank you all for being part of the Home Helpers family.
