Last night whilst on mobile patrol at work,my colleague and I found a 4 year old boy on the side of the road, standing in a drain. He was all dirty. We picked him up and in an attempt to find his parents/guardians we went to his home. On reaching his home, no one was there...So I told him grab some clothes. He grab one jeans and a top and then he turned around and bawl out Officer, I taking my bread too (a loaf of Kiss Slice Bread) I hungry, yuh know how long I aint eat. Trinidadians are really something else yes, how can you leave a little 4 year old child to take care of himself. He is very fortunate indeed that he met good officers who took great care of him......I am still trying to locate his parents.
