Last one! Sing it! On the 12th Day of Alternative Christmas my true love gave to me: The ability to recongnise and embrace happiness. So many people are searching for happiness. Ive always found that a very strange idea...the idea we search for happiness like we search for a missing set of keys has never really felt completely right for me. Happiness isnt a constant emotion- no emotion is particularly constant- and so our intention shouldnt be to be happy ALL THE TIME- but to recognise in the actual moment when we are happy and feel it completely. Maybe even deepen that and therefore be able to experience more happiness by knowing what triggers it for us. So today, on this festival that has at its heart hope and joy, be happy. Dont search for it. Dont find it. Just BE it! Happy Yule from mine to yours.
