Last test today for mom. Its all coming down to the findings of this spinal tap. They have ruled out a lot of bad things, which is great. She may very well have one variant of Guillain Barre that has not responded well to treatment. Today will tell finally what she does have, what her treatment will be and lastly what her outcome will be. Unfortunately she has not responded well to treatment thus far and her entire future may have to be adjusted for a major disability. Makes me sad so lets just pray that the diagnosis and prognosis are not grim.
