Last time Edge popped in he said something along the lines of A good son always comes home. And its true. I think the last time Glenn trained regularly with us was about 16 years ago! Hes a Dad now and living in Cambridge. Gracie and Sonja, both mums now, were regularly training maybe 6 years ago(?), Gracie now living in Japan and holding multiple Black Belts in different disciplines. And also good to see brand new mum Francis, back training while Ben holds the baby. Karate is supposed to be for life, but that doesnt mean you are always able to train like you did when we were all 18. Life, work, family, all get in the way - as they should - and your training has to change shape with them. Keep the connection, train whenever and however you can and you will always be a part of us. I find the return of such people personally inspirational.
