Last week I posted a thank you to our unsung heroes but Im not sure that you realise that you are those heroes. All of you. Going out on the observer boats, watching from the high cliffs on the southwestern coast, designing posters and flyers and organising and speaking at events are some of the higher profile things we see but without the support and help of everyone here, none of these things would happen. You are heroes for writing to your politicians, for donating to nosharkcull.org for fuel and legal costs, for raising awareness by discussing the cull with your neighbours, uni mates, work colleagues friends and families, for attending the rallies and making yourselves heard, for keeping watch from the Perth metro beaches, for showing your support today at the alternatives to shark culling forum, for driving around with #noWAsharkcull stickers on your cars, for buying and proudly wearing your #noWAsharkcull t-shirts, for your constructive comments and sage advice and for giving moral support to others in need. You are heroes, every single one of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. For the sharks (^^^)
