Last week a group of concerned Chinese from Edmonton lead by Allen Kwan, president of ASSIST assistcsc.org and Don Mah, president of Edmonton’s Mah Society came to visit some of the associations and businesses in our Chinatown to assess the damages. They are planning some fundraising events in Edmonton to help revitalize our Calgary Chinatown. We wanted to express our thanks to our northern brothers and sisters for their care and support of us and will be working closely with them.
