Last week the Seven Dreams Education Foundation “Prize Patrol” stopped by Zachary Lane to award a grant for the continuation of the R.E.A.D. Dog program next year! Jennifer Ellison and Nancy Brooks accepted the award on behalf of the school. The grant is for $1635, which in addition to community donations and some funding from R.E.A.D. Dogs Minnesota, will cover the cost of the program next year. The children really enjoy reading with the dogs and we are so lucky to have them back next year!
