(PHD) He is the Chairperson of the Board. Prof. Opuda – Asibo, J is a Representative of the National Council for Higher Education nominated by the National Council for Higher Education; Prof. Christine Dranzoa – is the Vice Chancellor of Muni University. Elizabeth Khaitsa Mabwa Gabona- is a representative of the Ministry of Education and Sports. William Ndoleriire is the Assistant Commissioner/Social Services Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. A representative of the Ministry responsible for finance. Solome Mayinja Luwaga- is a representative of employers nominated by a recognised employers’ umbrella association Sserwadda Mohammed Ramadhan, A representative of students nominated by a recognized umbrella students association. Bro. Legesi Stephen Mwanika – Treasurer General, National Organisation of Trade Unions. Esther Kyozira – is a secretary of National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU).
