Last week was beast!! Cut my carbs down to 50 grams a day, then down again to zero carbs for 3 days. Run about 27 miles spread out over the week and hit several 600-1000 body rep circuits. Im currently down to 216 as of today and now Im just 16 pounds away from my goal weight!! With a total weight loss of 54 pounds since August 27, 2014. Im sure Ill make my weight by spartan race day in March... Its been a journey no doubt!! The diet, the circuits and running has been a constant reminder that HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!
