Last week was the longest week. Friday was the longest day for both Andy and I. He was on that table for ever, but the nurses at his facility are saying he is not repeating himself much any more and thats it just one week. I just received his next dose of Gilenya. 28 pills....cost $4,915.00 and his ins picked it all up! They must be made out of titanium for Gods sake! I opened the box and nearly had another stroke. How can this be? I suppose Ill never find out but am very thankful that his insurance decided to pick it up. I have worked all my life and have paid into just about everything, so I am not too sad that its so expensive and his insurance paid for it. Andy has had Progressive Multiple Sclerosis since he was diagnosed at 18. Andy turns 37 this Sunday. Its hard to believe hes that old and in a home.....I keep my Happy Face on as much as possible.....Its a great day and I cant wait to take him out for breakfast with my family members, and bring him home for a good old Sunday dinner....dont cook much, its sucks to cook for one person at times, and often less expensive to go out............Will try and get a couple of pictures and post them.......Happy and very grateful I am still here.........
