Last week, we accepted a generous $15,000 grant from the The Womens Fund of Greater Birmingham to support single women with children who qualify for child care financial assistance through our Supplemental Child Care Program. The support helps these mothers maintain or advance their employment situation to obtain a more liveable wage and increase their economic security while having access to affordable quality child care to foster healthy growth and development for their children.
