Last weekend @ Hagal Farm i was facilitating the West Direction Class of the Medicine Wheel, four days of possibly the most challenging of the medicine wheel classes with a lovely group and as usual we had some movie entertainment at the end of a long day. We watched Cast Away - Tom Hanks, a movie ive seen many times. A movie full of humour, heartfelt sadness and serious insights into the human experience of loosing everything. Even though i would remember the quote Because tomorrow the Sun Will rise, who knows what the tide could bring from before but this time it was very fitting and appropriate. No matter how hard the challenges were going through are, we never know how and what the Universe will bring into our path to get us through it. All we need to do is to receive it with gratitude and remember its a continuous cycle. Each day will have its challenges and each day will present its solutions.... Blessings, R
