Last year, Wonkos was the victim of a patent troll suit. It took me the better part of a year to get everything settled out, but in the end, I was able to fight them off myself. It was for something totally stupid, but used in everyday internet store fronts. The ability to click on a picture and have it take you to a product page. Something the index of the 1920 Sears Catalog did on paper, and something nearly every eStore does. Someone patented the idea, without ever creating a single line of code because of the October 2012 Patent reform act. This crap HAS TO STOP!!! There are a whole lot of small business being targeted by literally thousands of patent trolls. Enough so, that there are actually Hedge Funds funding these trolls now, they are so profitable. Please take a peek at the DI posted here for April 9th. Ill update this from the Wonkos site too. Please use the built in contact engine to let your Senator know that reform needs to happen, and that the money that lobbyist are throwing at them doesnt outweigh their responsibility to you, their constituents. sjgames/ill/
