Last year, about this time, I flew Southwest no problems or delays. This year, I flew with United Airlines. Both my flights were delayed, & I ended up on standby for the last one. They put me on an additional flight for standby in case I didnt make yesterdays flight. I have gotten 7 text messages today about flight delays and one gate change for my backup flight....sheesh! While I must say that their staff was very helpful and kind, I think I will stick with Southwest for any future flights. I really felt for the people with toddlers waiting all the delays yesterday.
