Last year, the 2013-2014 BLHS yearbook staff won the Jostens Program of Excellence award for the third consecutive year, and were recently awarded a banner to display in the school! Pictured below are the 2014-2015 yearbook staff with the banner and our returning staff members with the banner. Last years staff members include: Elissa Freemire (editor-in-chief), Taylor Sherley (managing editor), Kailey Drennon, Liz Morris, Abi Batesel, Melanie Johnson, Alexis Nichols, Sara Ryburn, Sarah Ford, Lindsey Schubert, Amber Garver and Allison Crist. To win the award, a staff must sell yearbooks to 70% of the school, include more than 70% of the schools students in the yearbook three or more times (BLHS hit 84%), and meet all deadlines! Way to go, BLHS yearbook staff!
