Ask Özil to play wide and track back. Crowd out ramseys game with another CM and giving Ramsey no space. Leave the striker isolated. Ask the new guy to play in 5 different positions in his first couple of games. Cdm(Arteta & Flamini) are alone and fully exposed. We are playing Crap since Community Shield(last 5 games). We are defensively more vulnerable than last season. Its a much more stupid decision that Van Gaals 3-5-2. No Balance. Changing formations after youve bought Özil and have a young midfielder who has just had a brilliant season is a bizarre thing to do. Benefits no one, He isnt doing it for Jack as jack was not playing yesterday. Wenger might have abandoned the idea(4-2-3-1) because he wants an extra man in the midfield battle. How much time will Wenger give to the new formation? He can be stubborn so this could be it for the long haul. We played exciting, attractive, surprising football with 4-2-3-1. We are not fun to watch with this formation(4-1-4-1). We are boring and frustrating. The huge gap between Flamini/Arteta(Cdm) and the other two midfielders is quite annoying. 4-1-4-1 needs no CAM but i needs a top quality striker, two hardworking wingers and a Quality CDM with Jack/Diaby and Ramsey as CMs We dont have the Striker and CDM & We play playmakers on wings. Current system isnt playing to our strengths. Infact it is destroying our balance... 4-1-4-1 needs to be Played with a proper DM next to Ramsey, Özil at 10, wingers with pace+workrate and a bit of trickery pacey top-striker or those two problems(St and CDM) can be fixed if Wenger acts before the window closes...
