Lastly, a bunch of folks in the last meeting indicated they would do stuff or that I should do stuff. Heres a list of what I put in my notes: 1.) Some people are going to create posters for whatever they need to post posters about, like events they are hosting, stuff for sale, stallions at stud, equipment needed, etc. One person is going to gather them all up and make the rounds, posting them in tack shops, feed stores, etc. So, yall, get me yer stuff, quick-like, so we can get on with it. 2.) Folks are also supposed to tell me stuff to post in this FB group thingie. For example, I done forgot about those two shows/clinics/whatever that are right around the corner. Someone please remind me. OR, better still, post the details and paperwork/posters here yourself, OK? 3.) I am supposed to learn what pinning is. But not today. Sorry. 4.) Im also supposed to make sure that the FB entity (?) known as The South Jersey Just for Kicks Equestrian Club likes all of the relevant local, regional, and national horse organizations that are of interest to members...for some reason...which I am sure is a very good reason indeed, if only I could remember it. OK? Did I forget anything? Oh, yeah, I did. 5.) I am supposed to post about the existance of the club on suitable New Jersey FB groups pages as the first, official, roll-out effort of our new club. It will be interesting to see how/if people respond.
