Late Tuesday afternoon, an empty northbound C739 coal train showed up at Fulton to make its crew change. As the outbound crew was preparing to take the coal train north, the L557 local arrived on the Cairo Sub and waited at Cairo Junction. Once the coal train cleared Cairo Jct., L557 pulled into Fulton Yard. October 7, 2014.
