Late night reasoning.... I believe this is a replica of a Christmas ladder/tree that Jesus would have put up on each of his birthdays. He was a carpenter by trade, so he would have a wood ladder and some boards lying around. Merchants traveling through his village would have told stories of snow in the mountains, pitched roof homes, and green trees. And of course as a small child he would have believed in Santa, every little kid does. So I believe he laid out a carpet that he traded a stool for, which had Santa and his Reindeer on it. And he set up his ladder, boards and decorated them as depicted in this photo. I bet you never knew Jesus had a Christmas ladder/tree now did you....
