Lately I have been worried sick about how I was going to get this money for a down pmt for my house.. My financial advisor got engaged, & bought a house in another state,& started all over.. Me being in the same boat could relate.. She sighned me up for the homebuyers class & left to cont on her journey, my new financial advisor calls me today, telling me I had a bill to pay, & that I had to get my credit score up.. I explained the old e-mail which was no longer valid. You see, Not only did I pay the bill, I submitted documentation, she pulls up my credit score, & the bill is deleted off of 2 credit burerals. The 3rd does not have the creditors address. my new advisor tells me that a Grant for the State of Ct came through, & she put me on the pre-approval list on first come first serve basis. I am SOOOO THANKFUL TO GOD RIGHT NOW....
