Lately Ive been thinking about all the loved ones Ive lost throughout the years...Nonnie & papa and my grandpa brown that I miss so much and think about constantly and hope that they are proud of the person I am now! But I know they watch over me 24/7! At the beginning of the year I lost 4 more amazing guys Tommy, Mick, Brian and my Uncle Pete who were inspirational leaders to me! But last night just broke my heart hearing my dad talking about Mickss wife and telling me everything thats been going on that I just broke down and couldnt keep it together knowing that Id never be able to have another conversation with him or to see that smile of his, but today after being announced at the board meeting for being a new teacher the song Drink a Beer came on and I know that was my sign from my angel in the outfield Mick telling me that he was there tonight with all my loved ones in heaven cheering me on and telling me how proud they are that I accomplished my dream of being a teacher! I am so lucky to have seen this song live and it will stay in my heart forever and when it comes on it will remind me of all my loved ones who have passed on, but especially Tommy & Mick! ❤️
