Lately Ive noticed.. The days I am consistently drinking enough water, the more energy I have, the more weight I lose, the more hydrated I feel. (Duh!) It makes sense though right? Our bodies are made up of over 50% of water, when we replenish it regularly (daily), we although the rest of our body to function properly and at a higher level. Which means you digest quicker, your metabolism is faster, you feel more rejuvenated. The #1 thing you can do for yourself daily is drink more water! If you struggle, like me, to remember to drink it, set an alarm on your phone to remind yourself! You know that it doesnt leave your side! ;)
