Lateral Hip Rotatores (Including the Piriformis) Stretch. This stretch also effects the upper portion of the Ilio-Tibial Band Tendon as well. This is the Fourth of Four Part Stretch series that addresses lower back, SI Joint, Gluteal, and Ilio-Tibial Band Tightness. Much of which may lead to lower back distress. Remember to consult your physician/physical therapist before doing any stretch or exercise.
