Latest Development on Capital City### Naidu rethinks on Vijayawada as capital city of residuary Andhra Pradesh,bcz Sivaramkrishnan committee told that there would be challenge to acquire of land between Vijayawada and Guntur region as most of land hold in the hands of private. Naidu made it clear to his ministers that he has no love and affection on particular area..he wants to debate on regard of capital city in assembly as well as publicly and take a general consensus from all sections of people in the society. Everyday lot of confusions are being created regarding capital city,however Most of Experts told that where adequate public land is available and connectivity.it would be happen as capital city ,bcz as per the land acquisition of act, we have to pay 3 times higher than the market rate to private land owners,it seems to very expensive burden on Govt.. let us wait and see until end of the august, where capital city would be?
